Our plans for the project include a single mid-rise building composed of 136 residences while maintaining the majority of the existing building. The proposed development includes street-front townhome units, rooftop amenity space, and high-efficiency fixtures and appliances to reduce environmental impact. Designed by renowned Ottawa architects, Hobin Architecture, the building is designed to integrate into the vibrant Centretown area and will provide great new option for Ottawa residents.
